Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation for The Carriage House Brooklyn, you (Renter) agree to abide by these Terms of Use: 1) Renter is responsible for the supervision and conduct of all guests and attendees during the Rental Period. 2) Renter shall ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and attendees. 3) Renter is responsible for any damage to the Premises or its contents caused by Renter, guests, or attendees. 4) Renter shall leave the Premises in a clean and orderly condition at the end of the Rental Period. 5) Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits and must not disturb neighboring properties or the community. 6) Renter may be responsible for additional fees such as: cleaning, audio-visual equipment, or studio damages. 7) The Premises may not be used for any illegal activities, political campaigns, or religious gatherings.
